Early Childhood Services
The State Board of Education in Illinois believes that the educational development and success of all Illinois children can significantly be enhanced when children participate in early childhood programs and services. These programs and services should be founded on research based knowledge about child development, promote the child's emotional, physical, mental and social well being and support nurturing families. At Valmeyer, we strive to meet these high standards through our PreKindergarten and Parent Education Programs. These programs are funded by the Illinois State Board of Education Early Childhood Block Grant.
