| The state school law requires that a Board of Education shall require a complete physical examination, dental examination, and certain immunizations of all students entering school the first time as well as fifth and ninth graders. Students who have not met these requirements will not be admitted to school. Evidence of compliance with the law in these matters must be on file with the school nurse. |
