A
MESSAGE FROM THE VALMEYER POST 901 AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY . . . . . Due to
the regular meeting falling on Labor Day, the September meeting of the group
will be held on Tuesday, September 5th at 7:00 p.m. at the American
Legion Home. By now, most members have
received a renewal notice for membership dues which are now due. Senior members are $10.00. Junior Members will not receive a renewal
notice so they are to send their dues of $2.10 to Auxiliary Treasurer,
Catherine Reinhold. Unit 901 met its
membership goal last year, so they are hoping to do the same this year. For the September meeting, members are to
bring items to be used to fill boxes for servicemen and women serving our
country. One thing especially preferred
is hard candy, plus snacks of any kind, tablets, pens, cards and hygiene
