The public is

Admiral Parkway Rock City Business Complex on Monday, December 19 at 11:30 a.m.
for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the facility.
Local, state and federal officials will be on hand for the event. Tours will be given of the facility and
refreshments will be served.
The Valmeyer Fire Protection District is looking for people who
would like to become EMS FIRST RESPONDERS.
Classes start in mid-January. The
district pays for the class. For more
information or to sign up call Chief Floyd Floarke at

opportunity to serve your community.
First Responders are especially needed for weekday business hours. The life you save may be someone you love.
VHS Band and
Chorus members are now available for odd jobs . . . . . yard work, house
cleaning, gift wrapping, decorating, babysitting . . . whatever work you need
done. All students are to be paid on a
donation basis. Proceeds from this work
will go toward the cost of the Music Department Spring Trip to the National
Music Festival. Anyone interested in
“hiring” a VHS student should contact Marcia Braswell
at 935-2100, extension 403 or Mike Alexander at 935-2100, extension 232.
Wouldn’t the
children in your family be delighted to receive a phone call or letter from
Santa??? That is possible thanks to the Valmeyer Optimists, and it could be yours for only a $5

Applications
are currently being accepted for nominations for the induction of individuals
into the Valmeyer School Music Hall of Fame. These applications will be accepted until
January 17, 2006, and new members will be inducted in the Spring of 2006. For applications contact Marcia Braswell or Mike Alexander at Valmeyer
