NEWS . . . The Book Fair is over, although there are still books for sale by Charlet Faye and Barbara Turner. The raffle drawing was held with the
following results – Teena Riechmann won the book lamp, Sam Roever
won the decorated cake, Caleb Hicks won the chocolate lovers basket, Linda
Coats won the coffee lovers basket, Mariah Roland won the school basket, Audrey
Roever and Vicki Zavala won the crochet rugs, Alice Wellen won the throw pillow. . . . . Now it is National
Library Week, so visit your Library this week.
There is new furniture in the new addition that was purchased by the
PTO. Come try it out, there is always
something new to read . . . . . Summer Reading letters will be going out within
the week. The theme is “Super Heroes
Powered by Books”. The search is on for
some volunteer who is available on Tuesday morning during June and July to play
the part of the “villain”. Contact the
Library if you or someone you know would like to work with the children in this
way. They need someone who can “hiss”
and “boo”. . . . . The Library will be closed from May 17 to July 2 because of
