IF THE ROOSTER DIES, BUY AN ALARM CLOCK
Our area was lucky last week. A total of 376 tornadoes were spotted
throughout the Midwest during the week setting a record for one week of
activity. The heavy rainfall and large hail steered clear of our community. Hopefully this round of stormy and
unpredictable weather is over . . . not to return.
It was a busy day of garage saleing in Valmeyer on Saturday. All those who had sales would like to thank all those who came by
to shop.
Due to the inclement weather last week, the regular
meeting of the Valmeyer Village Board of
Trustees was rescheduled for Tuesday, May 13th at 7:30 p.m. at
the Emergency Services Building.
